A locally inspired take on a New Orleans Style Chicory Coffee. Rich, sweet, creamy, and just a little nutty.

Espresso diluted with water~resulting in an espresso based drink with a strength and consistency similar to, but a flavor very different from that of an 'American' or Drip Coffee. The strength of an Americano varies with the number of shots of espresso and the amount of water added.

Hot or Iced House Blend Coffee

A layered drink consisting of equal amounts of foam and liquid, and using both caramel syrup and sauce. Not to be stirred(hence-layered) so that it gets sweeter as it is being enjoyed.

A cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee drink that originated in Italy, and is traditionally prepared with steamed milk foam (micro-foam). Variations of the drink involve the use of cream instead of milk, and the addition of flavoring. (More Froth/Foam than Liquid)

A latte (Cafe Latte) is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk. The word comes from the Italian caffè e latte, caffelatte or caffellatte, which means "coffee & milk". (More Liquid than Froth/Foam)

Espresso by the Shot

Our take on a classic - a generous amount of regular sugar, 4 shots of espresso and only as much steamed milk (or milk substitute) an 8 oz cup can hold after those first two ingredients.

Directly Translated- it means "a small coffee"...it is a scaled-down-in-volume cafe latte or 'cafe con leche'. It comes in only one size (8oz), but has a much higher espresso to milk/milk substitute ratio.

In Italian, macchiato means “spotted” or "stained". In coffee terms this refers to the typical spot on the top of the drink, caused by a barista pouring espresso directly into a small amount of steamed milk foam, leaving a spot of espresso on top of the foam. This drink is traditionally served in a smaller espresso cup.

A cafe latte' with tea bags in the place of espresso shots.

A sip-able frozen coffee concoction that is a bit more creamy than a traditional frappe, but lighter than your average milkshake. Contains 2% milk, ice cream, espresso, and flavoring syrup/sauce.

A generous portion of hot, steamy oatmeal, with a variety of add-ins to choose from.

A classic coffee and breakfast accompaniment; available toasted or not with cream cheese, butter, jelly, or all of the above.

Hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and a blend of simple seasonings comprise our savory homestyle egg salad. Served with pickle and chips.

All white albacore tuna is the first ingredient in our homemade Tuna salad-and you can taste the difference. Served with pickle and chips.

Your choice of American, spicy cheddar, or a mix of both on your choice of white, 12-grain, or sourdough bread. You can also add, ham, bacon, tomato or all three. Served with pickle and chips.

Our Cuban sandwich is one of our most popular sandwiches- and is what is often called a Media Noche or ‘’ midnight sandwich. It is comprised of ham, bologna, salami, provolone cheese, pickles, and mustard -on a cornmeal/grinder roll -pressed so that the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted. Similar consistency to a Panini. Served with pickle and chips.

Crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato on your choice of bread with chips and a pickle spear. 

Our super BLT is our regular BLT double-stacked. You read that right-double lettuce, double tomato-and best of all-double bacon! Served with pickle and chips.

Classic PB&J with either grape jelly or strawberry preserves. Served with pickle and chips. - Not just for kids!

Our Homemade Chicken Salad with fresh lettuce, tomato, bacon and a touch of ranch dressing on your choice of bread, wrap or croissant. (Served with Pickle and Chips)-no substitutions.

The classic original biscotti dipped in gourmet bittersweet chocolate. This biscotti is a modern tradition uniting the delicate flavors of biscotti with the rich taste of the finest chocolate available.

Our great tasting homemade chicken salad in a one lb portion. (Ingredients: Chicken, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, celery, and our proprietary blend of simple spices)

Our house blend is a 50/50 blend of a light-medium Colombian roast and a medium-dark Costa Rican roast. The result; a full bodied and well-balanced cup of coffee. Bold enough for most of those who prefer a dark roast, but mild enough for most of those who prefer a brew from the lighter end of the spectrum.*Grind Coarseness used in-house: Turkish

Our "What the EPH?!" blend is a customer-inspired creation. Seeking something with a bolder kick and a chocolatey finish, we did some scheming, some blending, and quite a bit of jitter-infused taste-testing. A 50/50 blend of our tried and true House Blend and rich velvety Italian Espresso, plus some Special Dark Cocoa became the winning combination. A cup of coffee sure to woo more of the dark roast lovers.*Grind coarseness used in house: Turkish

Our espresso is a locally roasted Italian Espresso rich in flavor, velvety in consistency, and sure to be a winner as either a stand-alone indulgence or the essential part of any at home specialty coffee concoction.

While we do include a half hour lead time to your private party for decorating and set-up, if your party requires additional preparation i.e. any major change to our current floor setup-we will charge this fee.

At present we do not serve any kind of alcoholic beverages at BSC&TCo. If you (as the host of your private party here at BSC&TCo.) would like to have/provide spirits of any sort at your party/event-you are welcome to provide them. We do and will however charge a "Corking" fee for housing, refrigerating, and/or serving them.

We are so thrilled when someone chooses to host their special event with us-and as a thank you we include cleanup and tear-down in your regular party rental prices. However, for certain extreme circumstances we do charge this cleaning fee.
