The waitress for Sunday 3/3/24 was snotty she acted as if her job was to hard she never asked what we wanted to drink at all, we didn’t know the fountain was down. Than she was turning down customer in which could have made you money families. She was worried about the work schedule and not the customers very rude
We had breakfast here while staying at the Showboat. This was the best experience the whole stay. Our waitress was working alone and we still had the best service. She was pleasant and smiled the whole time! Her name is Felicia! Ask for her when you come! We will def be back because of her!
Lack of service. Then rude service. Then was told the place closes at 2 (hours say open until at least 8pm) and they only serve breakfast - not a single burger offered
The food here was good and tastes fresh, I liked the little slider and the fries
While staying at the showboat hotel we ate here twice for breakfast. Prices were good in my opinion. We had two different waitresses each day, both were nice but clearly overworked. They had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast rush seating, serving and ringing people up. They were the only staff other than the cooks and I felt for them that they had to handle everything. Even though they had limited staff the service was good, food was made fast and fresh and we enjoyed our breakfast! Kid-friendliness: Simple breakfast items our 9yr old enjoyed
Food here was amazing. However, the white waitress with blonde hair is very rude. After noticing her rude attitude, i didnt feel like i even wanted to dine here, but it was the only place my kids enjoyed from the previous day. Visited here on two different days and on Saturday, the hispanic woman was very nice and pleasant. Rude employees change the entire experience and it makes you not want to revisit again. Please hire better staff that are more people friendly.
A tourist spot that looks like a classic diner. The food is decent but prices don't match the quality. I recommend the pancakes.
