  • Lagers and Lighter Ales

    • My Town (Lager - American) 4.8% ABV

      Highly drinkable All-American lager, crisp and light in body, offering the perfect balance of light malt and a faint hopping for a smooth finish.
    • Sunbreak (Lager - Japanese Rice) 4.6% ABV

      Simple, refreshing, and flavorful. Sunbreak is made with 50% barley and 50% long grain rice in the mash. This beer used an often-underutilized brewing procedure called cereal mashing in which we gelatinize the rice (much like you would on your own stove-top), and then infuse it with the remaining barley. Brewing this way provides maximum amount of rice character while achieving an incredibly dry finish. Subtle honey-like sweetness on the nose comparable to many macro-produced beers, this one is sure to be a crusher for game-day.
    • Riverside (Kölsch) 4.8% ABV

      Although it may be confused for a lager, Kolsch is actually a German ale! Light gold in color and brilliantly clear, Kolsch demonstrates some notable similarities but also some differences. Kolsch ferments at slightly warmer temperatures, but like lagers, undergoes an extensive period of cold maturation. Its malt and hop characteristics lean heavily towards balance, making Kolsch the perfect beer to enjoy on a sunny patio.
    • Blonde Ambition (Blonde Ale) 5.2% ABV

      Every year the pink boots society – an organization that helps fund scholarships for females in the fermentation science field – hand selects a hop blend partnered with Yakima Chief Hops. A part of each purchase of these hops is donated to the pink boots society. The Pink Boots hop blend for 2023 includes Loral, Ekuanot and HBC 586. This year Brick West has partnered with the owners of Berserk and Baby Bar to showcase female bar owners in Spokane. Together we decided that with the tea, lemon, and light fruit notes we would like to brew a blonde ale that is light on the hops and easily enjoyable. This blonde was dry hopped with the hop blend to allow for the aromatics we wanted. A slightly mid body from munich malt brings forth a lovely dried fruit green tea characteristic. This beer will be showcased at all three locations, including at the Mardi Bra event to raise funds for women in shelters in Spokane!
    • Get Right (Sour - Traditional Gose) 4.2% ABV

      Brewed with Salt and Coriander, this beer drinks with bright lemony note, with a hint of saltiness and acidity for balance on the back end.
    • Big Heart (Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen) 5.4% ABV

      Brewed as a traditional German-style Hefeweizen, with big banana and clove notes.
    • Something Good (Pale Ale - American) 5.1% ABV

      A true to style pale ale based on the traditions of the American craft brewing pioneers, Something good features a perfect harmony of old school and new school hops and a supporting malt backbone.
    • Pilsner (German Style Pilsner) 5.1%

      Crisp and refreshing with balanced bitterness, Brick West Pilsner showcases the finest German malt and noble hops. Traditional clean and bready malt flavors support herbal, floral and slightly spicy hop aromatics and flavor. With a medium body and a dry finish, BW Pilsner is the epitome of balance, simplicity and flavor.
    • Lucky Penny (Märzen) 5.6% ABV

      Starting with a sweet honey aroma, you will experience flavors of sweet maltiness, lightly toasted breadcrust.
    • Ro-Sham-Bo (Red Ale - American Amber) 5% ABV

      A light, highly drinkable amber ale boasting aromas of toasted bread and herbal green tea with a slight floral ending. Flavors reminiscent of toasted bread begin to layer your palette with a subtle caramel sweetness that finishes crisp and dry, inviting you back sip after sip.
  • Hoppy Ales

    • Westbound Train (IPA - American) 5.5% ABV

      Citra and Idaho 7 hops give this juicy IPA a bright expressive hop aroma and flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and melon.
    • Helping Hand (IPA - New England) 5.7% ABV

      Hazy, hoppy, juicy – what more needs to be said? In keeping with the trends, this beer derives its haze from healthy amounts of oats and wheat in the mash, as well as ridiculous amounts of aroma hops in the kettle and fermenter. Hop aromas of ruby red grapefruit, bubble gum and tropical fruits give way to a medium bodied beer with lower bitterness levels. Enjoy the haze you crazy kids!
    • Hasta La Vista (IPA - American) 6.2% ABV

      We had an opportunity to showcase one of our newest favorite hops that happens to be from the public breeding program. That means someday you will be able to grow this fantastic hop in your backyard! Showcasing aromas that akin to a morning juice medley, once you take a sip, you are met with a balance of juniper-like bitterness followed by a taste reminiscent of childhood orange flavored beverages. Cheers!
    • Brick By Brick (IPA - American) 7.1% ABV

      While still sharing many wonderful attributes with its East Coast cousin, West Coast IPA also has many notable differences. Instead of fuller body and less bitterness, Brick by Brick showcases an assertedly higher bitterness, while still being in balance, and a remarkably drier body. Hop flavors and aromas showcase the beautiful fruity and pine flavors of Simcoe, the citrus of Amarillo, and the berry notes of Mosaic.
  • Darker Ales

    • Sweet Success (Brown Ale - American) 5.5% ABV

      As flavor descriptions go, the ambiguous “Brown” ale hits nearly every adjective dead nuts. Malty, hoppy, estery, sweet, slightly bitter and with light roast it seems as though we are simply reading the BJCP guidelines aloud to the class. But alas, these descriptors truly describe this beer. Clover honey adds additional complex sweetness to the beer.
    • Séamus (Stout - Irish Dry) 4.1% ABV

      Simplicity at its finest, Seamus is brewed with the same ingredients that have created world famous Irish stouts for hundreds of years: 2-Row barley, flaked barley, roast barley and touch of English hops. Poured via nitrogen, the shimmering effect as the beer settles is truly captivating, while also creating a velvety smooth body to balance a delicious dark malt finish. Sláinte!
    • Luna Maria (Stout - American) 6.4% ABV

      True to this classic staple in American history, Luna Maria will take you back to the times when stouts ruled the craft beer scene. Flavors of bold coffee, dark chocolate and tobacco define our take on this classic style.
    • Buffalo Coat (Imperial Stout 12oz) 8.3% ABV

      Captivating and robust, Buffalo Coat Russian Imperial Stout is dominated by the rich chocolate, coffee and smoke characteristics of roasted barley. A full bodied mouthfeel with lightly silky texture leads to finishing alcoholic warmth, balanced bitterness and nuanced flavors of oak, vanilla, tobacco and dried dates.

    • BW Berry (Hard Seltzer) 4.5% ABV

      You asked for it, and you got it. Our seltzer is fermented with our house strain and then filtered to ultimate clarity, and then infused with lime during conditioning. At only 105 calories per glass, our seltzer will have your pants fitting right, and you partying all night.

      The cold IPA is the merging of two beloved styles of beer, the Pilsner and IPA. In this iteration of our cold IPA series, we have featured our favorite new hop, Talus. This beer is bursting with aroma all while exhibiting the backbone of a lager. Similar to a west coast IPA, the cold IPA seeks to highlight the Northwest’s finest hops while bringing in some recruitments from other countries. True to this adjunct-heavy style, we used malted rice to create a clean finish. Cheers!
