Brick House Grill is a family owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. We opened our doors in 1998 and have been serving lunch and dinner since. We serve a variety of American Cuisine from Popular Steaks such as our Famous Prime Rib to our most tender cut, the Filet Mignon. We also serve a wide variety of chicken dishes, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and a child's menu. Come join us on our patio for a cocktail and enjoy the atmosphere that Downtown Hot Springs Has to offer.
