2oz Whiskey/Bourbon 1oz Sweet Vermouth few dashes of bitter

Ingredients: Bourbon or Whiskey 1 sugar cube (1/2 teaspoon) 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Orange Peel Instructions: 1. in a mixing glass, place the sugar cube and add a small amount of water to the glass. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the sugar until it dissolves. 2. add the bourbon or rye whiskey and bitters to the mixing glass 3. fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30-40sec 4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass with a large ice cubes 5. Garnish with an orange peel, if desired.
