Based on a German-style Schwarzbier. This beer is black as night with a mildly roasted, coffee, chocolate malt flavor and a nice clean finish that doesn’t overpower the palate. The addition of premium Matcha green tea powder adds a light soothing herbal bitterness that helps calm your nerves.Yasuke was the first recorded foreign born (Non-Japanese) man to be given the rank of Samurai. He was a man of African origin who served as a retainer and weapon-bearer to the Japanese daimyō Oda Nobunaga, the most powerful lord in Japan during that period.  Although there isn’t much historical documentation on Yasuke, there is enough to confirm his existence as the first real-life Black Samurai almost 450 years ago.

Inspired from family Baking, Filipino American Owner and Head Brewer of Brewyard, Sherwin Antonio, naturally EXPERIMENTED A LOT WITH UBE (PURPLE YAM) while brewing. He brewed this IPA with “UBE and stuffed it with Motueka and CITRA hops. This Wan has a strong tropical fruity hop bitterness and a lightly creamy Ube finish. The natural purple hue also makes it fun to drink at your local cantina

The Belgian Dubbel was originally produced in monasteries during the Middle Ages and revived during the 19th century. It is deep copper in color and has a complex malt palate with dried fruits, light spices, sugars, and light hops. This beer has a smooth full body with a pleasant alcohol warmth to balance the malty sweetness.
