White corn tortillas, Monterey jack cheese, tex-mex cheese, tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, and green onion with salsa and sour cream. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large parchment-lined cookie sheet. If you don’t have parchment paper don’t worry about it. 3. Cover the tortillas evenly with all of the cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to get crispy on the edges. 4. Remove from oven and top with fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives, green onion, and banana peppers. 5. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
