I have such mixed feelings because while the food was enjoyable, the service was atrocious and left a bad taste in our mouths.
I got the text that our table was ready and came to the host stand where they subsequently seated us at a three table where they just pulled out our wobbly table and seated us without utensils or condiments.
Our server ignored us while she caught up with friends at an adjacent table for about 10 minutes instead of taking our drink orders. Come on I'm at brunch on a weekend because I want a bloody Mary or two but I guess we're just not this time. When they finally came around We wanted to order the seasonal special which our server had no idea about and we had to convince our server to check with the kitchen to finally get the dish we specifically came in for.
When our food arrived we had to ask multiple times to get hot sauce and ketchup which took another 10 minutes for some reason while our hot dishes continued to cool as we subsequently were ignored while three separate servers continued to chat with the table adjacent to ours and catch up about school and internships. It was really fun having someone's ass right up in my face while I'm eating so they can chat.
While the food was actually good. I wish I took it to go because the experience in the restaurant was just kind of terrible.
Breakfast is a cut above the norm with imaginative dishes prepared with obvious care. You better like seasoned cubed potatoes, they come with most dishes.
Excellent breakfast with so many classic and innovative options. Spacious with inside and out tables. Family friendly!
Nice place, host was very kind!
Lots of options for breakfast, who likes eggs, meat, sausage, even vegetarian options!
For me, what I really didn’t like it was a coffee! Coffee can be much better!
Portions are huge, even u can share it!
This place is perfect for a weekend brunch. Our favorites are the cafe de olla and the meatloaf hash!
Josh made our experience pleasant!
The customer service was great!
Was quite busy on a Sunday but we were seated outside right away. I ordered the Mr. Presley French Toast which seemed like a good idea in theory but the peanut butter overpowered the experience, the caramelized bananas had little flavor, and it had only a tiny sprinkle of bacon bits - I was expecting a side of bacon instead and should have clarified before ordering. It looked so lonely on the plate.
It was our first time trying this restaurant and their food and service was good.
