I really did not want to have to write this review. It saddens me to say that Bravo is no longer the restaurant I once called my favorite as a kid. I'm not sure if it's the new management or what... but the service here alone will make you not want to return. Unfortunately, the food isn't even good enough anymore to make up for it. The staff used to go above and beyond to make sure customers had a pleasant experience whether it was dine-in or carry-out. Now it's just a place with an elegant interior that does not match the experience or quality of food. I'm extremely disappointed in what is left of this place.
Awful customer service. Don’t waste you time or money
I can only share my experience. In the store , I received good customer service. However, I ordered DoorDash, and what I received was a catastrophe! Regardless if it’s dine in or takeout, the prices remain the same. So why did I receive hard , lumpy , old potatoes?? The chicken breast were tasteless and the whole meal overall was a disaster!!! Smh waste of time and money! I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
Please note Bravo is no longer kid friendly! There is a common rule in the restaurant industry that not letting children sit at the bar signals the restaurant doesn't want kids eating there. I didn't realize that Bravo had changed their policy and brought my son for an appetizer (making sure the bar was empty so we didn't take up seats others might use) but we were not allowed to sit at the bar, or even at a tallboy table, like we always have in the past. I was going to bring my other son here for our "big boy lunches" but after realizing Bravo has changed policies I will take them elsewhere in the future. Too bad because the food was decent at Bravo! Kid-friendliness: Bravo is NO LONGER kid friendly! Please take note so you're not embarrassed by the staff like we were!!
I'm not sure what happened to the Bravos I loved. We went for a belated birthday and so much had gone downhill with the food and service. The food we got was okay but nothing special. The bread came out cold, the chicken parmesean was smaller than before and not as good as it used to be, the shrimp alfredo sauce tasted like something out of a jar, and the salad was small and over priced and I had to pick out lettuce that had gone bad. I was so disappointed. The quality was down but prices have gone up. Our server was fine but left a lot of dirty plates around and didn't refill drinks so it didnt feel very special. This used to be our go to place for a great celebratory meal but unfortunately i don't think we'll be back anytime soon. The chocolate cake is still good thankfully!
Excellent place to dine. My family celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday here by going for lunch. Great atmosphere, great service, and good food. What's not to like? It was also excellent value for money in terms of the quality and quantity of food provided. Kid-friendliness: They offered coloring pages and crayons for the kids.
Kid-friendliness: Rude staff. Lady with white and black hair (looks like a skunk) was rude to my friend on her birthday. My friend was not mean approaching her and the lady said “what do you want” as welcoming. We had a reservation for 7 but had 8 people and she said “we don’t have enough servers” but our reservation is only one more person. It was ridiculous. I have worked in the restaurant business for 4 years now and (I have worked in nice restaurants) and this has never been an issue. It was unbelievable to say the least and I have came to bravo for years. Probably won’t come back. So rude staff.
