An underlayment of juniper and angelica; a touch of coriander and mild back notes of peppermint. A soft and almost sweet gin with just enough citrus edge to make it the best of sipping as well as cocktail spirit. Carefully chosen grains produce a remarkably soft mouthfeel

Winter's chill melts as infusions of dried cherry, anise and orange peel blend with the warmth of a gentle kiss of ginger. Enough juniper to invoke the season without overpowering the spirit's balance and a finish in oak barrels previously filled with red wine varietals lends this complex Gin a blush of color and depth of flavor

Resurgent "Young American" Bourbon is a variation on our "Custom Cask" bourbon. Distilled and aged in Kentucky from a specially designed small grains mash bill with a higher corn content and a high rye content lending the finished spirit a spicy, complex perfection. Resurgent Bourbon is blended to offer a lighter, highly approachable bourbon that shines in cocktails without overpowering other creatively added ingredients. br / br / Nosed for balance and readiness to bottle, this bourbon offers a slightly less wood influenced taste profile. Malted barley finishes the base with a sweetness . . . and remarkably soft mouth feel. Bottled in very small batch, hand blended and bottled, we offer our "Young American" at cask strength and encourage you to add pure spring water to open the nose and encourage the notes of honey, peach and peppery vanilla as it flows over the tongue. Resurgent Straight Rye Whiskey was distilled from a custom-crafted mash bill & has been aging in commissioned barrels made of new American white oak. It rests for at least 4 years. br / br / Notes of butterscotch and caramel sweetness upfront blend with fresh straw & toasted cereal. Luscious toffee, vanilla & marshmallow finish with a distinct peppery spice. Mash Bill:95% Rye, 45% ABV/90 Proof
