The first floor of Washington Hall is operated by BPU and Creative Justice. It includes two community gathering spaces: the Library and Lodge Room and a commercial Kitchen available for public activity. It has a cafe, called the Creative Cafe, that is operated by Creative Justice and is open Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Built in 1908, Washington Hall is a revitalized registered Seattle landmark that’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places. NOTE: The first floors and second floors of Washington Hall are operated by different organizations. The second floor Ballroom is operated by 206 Zulu. All first floor spaces are operated in collaboration by BPU and Creative Justice.
