The worst BP in the UK.I m a cab driver around basildon and i m forced to use this BP.I can t imagine how BP like company can allow such a poor management…Pumps never work properly,staff rude and short,waiting time is unbelievable,dirty toilets,this when are open to the customers,most of time closed…Most of the employers don t know how to use the rewards card,and bear in mind,i m spending 200-300£ a week here.If you have another option just go for it,don t destroy your day just walk in this garage.
i always get low miles for the petrol i put in. i always avoid this place.
Always a queue to get on the pumps due to people doing their weekly shop before paying for their fuel. Get fuel… pay for said fuel… move your car… now go shopping or get your coffee… simples.

What a horrible woman working on the check out 1 star is far too high a rating. I work 999 frontline contract to nhs helping with the pressures as emergency response. Apparently because I don’t work direct I am discriminated and will not be served hot drinks at the same rate as nhs front line. I assume she will expect a lesser service from us if she ever needs an ambulance. Thank you for your wonderful caring staff
I work as a chauffeur, spend about £110 on fuel a day which is reimbursed by my employer, one of the receipts was unreadable and was returned unpaid by employer unpaid, unless further proof could be provided I would loose £124, drove back to this service station today, I was immediately seen to by the Manager, she said the receipt was about 4 months old but she would try , 5 min later she returned with a full print out of the receipt on BP paper, I offered a tip for her help by she declined to accept. Really appreciate her help and time so I didn't loose out. Thanks

Very poor customer service from Samson.clearly needs re training in customer interaction as he didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything. Very poor
