Bowlero Promenade

As an avid bowler I am disappointed and infuriated by my experience here. For starters I was waiting at the counter to be helped for what felt like an eternity. Upon inevitable arrival to my lane I was met with a pin setter that was completely malfunctioning. After being moved to another lane my shammy mysteriously went missing: Coincidence I think not. I digress. Within the first frame I had discovered an unfortunate reality regarding my lane, it was dryer than the Saharan desert, absolutely ZERO oil. Hey but at least I won’t need my stolen shammy. Whatever you do never… ever… come to any corporate sellout bowling alley like bowlero. Support your local alley.

Not very busy, so we had no problem getting set up with a lane and yummy appetizer platter. Like most bowling alleys, the lanes have "quirks" and ours did have some problems that a reset couldn't fix so we did have to swap lanes partway through our 1st game. Place is clean and neat, which most bowling alleys are not. Very enjoyable family evening.

Quite expensive, cool environment

Horrible company, horrible service. Don't go to Bowlero and support local instead. Went here with others, bought the 3 game package. Started bowling, our lane constantly malfunctioned, and drink service was tragic. It took 3/4 of a game to bring drinks we ordered at the beginning, and we had to go get our 2nd round from the bar after seeing it sit for 15 minutes while the staff sat around. At this point we decided against a 3rd round since the service and the lane were both awful. Went to get a refund of the 3rd round and mini golf and were told "all sales are final" which is a completely unacceptable answer for a service. My only option is now disputing the charge. You know this would never happen at a small business. I won't support Bowlero ever again in my life.
