We sell a lot of this, and it's no wonder. We took classic banana pudding, and adjusted the ratios of banana, pudding, wafers and meringue until we knew we had it nailed. Everything from scratch, the hard way, as with all our other recipes. Traditional banana pudding at its best!

With this recipe, I put my mind toward developing a pasta salad side dish better than any I had ever found. Creamy and balanced in the dressing, cavatappi pasta for a toothsome and meaty texture, hearty chunks of bell pepper provide nice flavor and crunch. A very light presence of red onion, but a noticeable addition of real bacon throughout. Shredded cheddar cheese rounds out this complex, well thought out combination of flavors and textures.

I designed this recipe for myself the crew while living and eating at the fairs. In that atmosphere, it was hard to find a good salad like this one. Creamy, balanced, garden fresh green peas featured, no vinegar, and lightly enhanced with red onion, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Simply perfect!

A mouthwatering, marinated pork chop grilled to perfection. We developed the marinade in-house to perfectly enhance grilled pork. This is a stand alone, a-la-carte option meant to be enjoyed solo, or paired with Yakisoba noodles or Thai Jasmine Rice.
