Hi - we just had a disappointing customer service experience at this Boudin. The woman at the counter was rude and unfriendly in our 2 minute interaction. Then, when she came to deliver our food, she dropped the number placard and asked me (a super pregnant woman) to pick it up off the floor for her. It was bizarre. Next time, just get it later. The parking is also very limited. The food itself was excellent.

Service on Sunday 9/15/24 @ 11 am was terrible. Unfriendly service- lady shouldn't be working a customer service job - rude and no please/thank you. Food is good but crappy service always supersedes quality of food. Ambiance sucked because I was so irritated with the terrible service! Will not ever return to a Boudin.

My favorite sandwich restaurant in Irvine. I go there almost every week because I love sandwiches and sourdough bread. The menu is somewhat limited, but it's pretty good and a free sourdough loaf is available every month. My favorite is California vege sandwich & butternut squash soup. I also like some new seasonal menu. Recommend this place for bread lovers!

Came by to pick up our monthly free bread however policy has changed to it requiring a purchase. Summer peach frozen drink was delicious however.

Always a treat. A huge variety of salads and sandwiches is available along with a lot of other bakery items.

calm chowder good, Italian sandwich not good, flank steak sandwich good, caesar salad above average. Cobb salad good.

I ordered to deliver 5 soups (without bread bowls for about $10 each) to my sick in-laws' home. The total amount (including 1 Sourdough bread) cost me $79. Later I found out the soup came with small cup size not even large bowl size). I am very disappointed with the overcharge.

The employees are very attentive and kind here. I had an issue with an order and they helped me right away. Very appreciative!
