Lager - American - 4.8% ABV - Our latest batch of House Lager! Brewing and drinking this beer the past few months has brought us so much joy. We hope you are also joyfull. This batch was made with German Pilsner malt, and hopped with lots and lots of Saphir and Saaz. We find notes of foolishly reseeding your lawn in mid-summer, high altitude oolong tea, lemon scented herbs, austere but delicious apple strudel, the bulk flour section at the co-op, and medium rare toast.

Farmhouse Ale - Saison - 4% ABV - We brewed this crushable saison with pilsner malt, and triticale and wheat from @DeerCreekMalt; hopped it with aged hops, and fresh Hersbrucker and Hallertau Blanc; and fermented it with our 2024 Foraged Yeast Culture. It has been a lot of fun watching the Foraged Yeast evolve and adapt to the brewery over the course of the year. It seems to really have settled into its own, fermenting fast and bone dry, showing notes of farmhouse witbiers, ethereal fruit cocktail, bubble gum, and gentle grain flavors. I Will Be You carries these notes and brings some dried pineapple, sourdough herb bread, donut peaches, and white peppercorns to the mix

Pale Ale - American - 5.6% ABV - A light and easy drinking West Coast style pale ale brewed with british pale malt, wheat and a dash of honey malt. The full flavor grain bill balances the soft bitterness from Mosaic, El Dorado and Sabro hops. The cherry on top of this fruit salad is the yeast, we used an experimental thiol boosting (west coast) yeast from our friends at Omega Yeast Labs, which brings out major tropical notes through fermentation. The end-result is an insane mix of passionfruit, guava, tree sap, tangerine, grapefruit pith and citrus punch.

Lager - Other - 9% ABV - Eisbock Lager - 9% - Our newest collaboration with Piece, is a standard beer (or bock) that is put under freezing temps to allow all the water to freeze, and the remaining liquid is now concentrated in alcohol and removed from the ice to create the eisbock. A beer unlike any other was the only logical step in our ever escalating collabs with our buddies at Piece. The result is a formidable bock with great mouthfeel, and rich malty sweetness followed by waves of dark fruits

This year's release showcases a blend of multiple recipes, including our traditional Medianoche base, wheated base, and high rye recipe. This notable blend was selected exclusively from batches of Medianoche aged for 25-39 months, creating.The extensive aging took place in Old Elk Port Cask Finish Bourbon, Law’s Whiskey House Rye Whiskey, Wheated Weller Bourbon, Buzzards Roost Bourbon, Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon, Old Elk Bourbon, Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Blanton's Bourbon, and Stagg Jr Bourbon barrels. The final product explodes with notes of chocolate dipped orange, salted caramel, vanilla pudding, nutmeg, toasted pecan, and rich oak.

This batch of bubbs features a southern hemisphere terroir with strong passion fruit, stone fruit, and orange citrus notes.

IPA - Other - 6.5% ABV - We brunched with these total tuna cans over at Young Blood Beer Co. and we came up with this brand new IPA that we think is pretty great. Boo Caught Me Sleepin’ was brewed with Pilsner, Chit, Spelt and Flaked Oats and hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo and Idaho 7. It features notes of apricot, candied grapefruit, cantaloupe, honeydew and lychee, and is perfect for sippin’ while sitting on the side of a highway, no matter how big of a bullying load of beef ya are. So cute

Fractal Riwaka investigates the interplay between our newest Riwaka lot, our revised hopping processes, and simple pale malt base. Fractal Riwaka pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing aromas of tropical fruit, grasslands, and dank honey dew with complex flavors of passionfruit, assertive grapefruit, earthy grass blades, lime marmalade, and a hint of pink peppercorn packed in a flowable mouthfeel with a firm but rounded bitterness.

IPA - Imperial / Double / 8% ABV MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.

Pale Ale - American / 4.8% ABV Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night.

IPA - Triple - 10% ABV Straight Outta Middletown returns today to investigate the interplay between our ale strain and a big hand selected Mosaic and Citra forward hop bill that has been woven multiple times during our updated processes. Straight Outta Middletown pours a bright tangerine color, releasing notes of grove stand orange, pineapple, and earthy grass. The taste is highly resinous, luscious citrus, passionfruit, lime, and a touch of fun dip stick that leads to a chewy mouth feel and a firm and pointed bitterness along with our rainbow melon #EQjuice finish

IPA - American / 5.5% ABV A Tachyon is a theoretical particle that’s a bit more than a Photon and always travels faster than light. To turn theoretical physics into reality, we took Photon and upped the ABV to five and half percent and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series, resulting in an intensely hopped crushable IPA. Tachyon pours a very hazy yellow and releases well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. A smooth pointed bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel.

IPA - American - 6.5% ABV A wavelength is the distance between identical points in the adjacent cycles of a waveform signal propagated in space and describes the flow of Photons We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish.

IPA - Imperial / Double - 8.7% ABV Using a Citra whirlpool and a giant dry hop of Citra and Citra Lupomax, we then conditioned this beer on Madagascar vanilla and a touch of lactose. Moon of Vega has flavors of fruit punch orange creamsicle saturated with tropical fruit and citrus. #EQjuice leads the way into a Dunkaroo frosting parfait and sorbet finish.

Lager - Munich Dunkel / 5% ABV Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen - 6.6% ABV - This year, we decided to put the Weizen (wheat) into the Wiesn (what the Munich locals call the place where the Oktoberfest tents are pitched), and make a party wheat for the festive season. Darker in color than our Hefeweizen, this robust wheat features notes of caramel and banana bread crust, and is complemented by aromas and flavors of clove spice, dates and banana flambé. A snuggly Hefe to take us into the fall, it’s kind of our interpretation of a PSL.

Festbier / 5.9% ABV A Fest Bier made with all imported German Malt, German hops, and a German Yeast strain. Lagered for over 30 days finishing with a deep gold color, and subtle maltiness that finishes crisp. A representation of the modern German Oktoberfest that's lighter than a traditional Marzen. Crisp and drinkable for warm August days and enough malt character to stand up to cool October nights. A great paring to go with the changing seasons here in the midwest.

It has notes of pumpernickel, dried fig, old library books, black currant jam, coffee over ice, and some homemade biscuits

Lager - American - 4.8% ABV - Our latest batch of House Lager! Brewing and drinking this beer the past few months has brought us so much joy. We hope you are also joyfull. This batch was made with German Pilsner malt, and hopped with lots and lots of Saphir and Saaz. We find notes of foolishly reseeding your lawn in mid-summer, high altitude oolong tea, lemon scented herbs, austere but delicious apple strudel, the bulk flour section at the co-op, and medium rare toast.

Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen - 5.8% ABV - Color is orange hazy with a big head. The smell is yeasty, and bananas, little alcohol. The taste follows nose, yeasty, banana, apple, honey that combine perfectly with a lingering taste. The body is full with good mouthfeel.

This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.

Applying lessons learned from all previous lagers we've brewed, we bring you a crisp, easy drinking yet flavorful beer, lovingly and painstakingly thought out and crafted. Spicy and slightly citrusy noble German Hallertau hops blend with the cracker and honey notes from premium German Pilsner malt to create the lager we've been searching for. Prost!

Lager - Pale - 4.7% ABV - All Malt Pale lager perfect for life along the river. Crisp, light, and refreshing.

Rauchbier - 6.7% ABV - Smoked bock lager collaboration with Chicago Culinary Kitchen. This beer is rich with cherrywood smoke, caramel, and campfire vibes - portion of the malt was hand-smoked in CCK's Kitchen!

Kellerbier / Zwickelbier / 4.7% ABV

Winter Ale - 6% ABV - This seasonal beer is a limited edition brewed for the short days and long nights of winter. The full body resulting from fermentation in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ and the luxurious malt character, which will appeal to a broad range of drinkers, is balanced against whole-dried Fuggle and Golding hops with nuances and complexities that should be contemplated before an open fire.

Lager - Pale / 5% ABV Brewed with great care using only organic malted barley, organic hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish. The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve this lager’s flavour, purity and condition. Best served at about 44°F (7°C). Märzen - 6% ABV - Foederface captures our annual release of a celebratory Märzen and continues to grow in its beauty, subtlety, and sheer magnificence. Brewed alongside its traditional brother, following fermentation this beer is kissed by fresh Missouri oak as it lagers for an additional six weeks in our foeder. This beer is so rich in its form and substance that it permits and even encourages soaring flights of imagination by anyone who tastes it. If you haven’t discovered foeder-aged beer yet, all I can say is that Foederface is a marvelous place to start. Slight tannins, malt character ramped with caramel aromatics, an American layer of bitterness, and German Perle hops to bring it home.

Pilsner - Other / 5% ABV Stella Artois was first brewed as a Christmas beer in Leuven. It was named Stella from the star of Christmas, and Artois after Sebastian Artois, founder of the brewery. It is brewed to perfection using the original Stella Artois yeast and the celebrated Saaz hops. It is the optimum premium lager, with its full flavour and clean crisp taste.

Shandy / Radler - 2%ABV -Real grapefruit juice gives this deliciously refreshing Radler (mixed beer drink) its amber natural cloudiness and pleasant tangy taste. The refreshingly fruity taste makes Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit a wonderful thirst quencher. 100% natural ingredient and brewed with alpine water from Mt. Untersberg.

Shandy / Radler - 2.5% ABV -Stiegl-Goldbräu and sweet fruity raspberry soda join together to refresh with an enchantingly red, soft berrylike treat. The raspberry flavor gives the retro-Radler a rich scented bouquet of fully ripe berries. The fruity and juicy overall impression provides thirst-quenching refreshment.

Shandy / Radler - 2%ABV -Best Stiegl-Goldbräu blended with lemonade made with real lemon juice results in a sparkling, invigorating taste that appeals to women and men alike. Its delicate hints of citrus and fresh aroma are the reason why this naturally cloudy Radler is one of Austria's most popular beverages.

Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche - 5.2% ABV - Farmhouse Wheat Ale brewed with citrus tea & Coriander

Lager - Other / 4.7% ABV The latest installment of our Heirloom Lager series sees us visiting the shores of the Adriatic with a barley that is grown in Italy. This beer really hits on a hot summer day. Crisply bitter (but not abrasively so) through the finish.

Lager - Pale / 5% ABV Another entry in our Heirloom Lager Series, Decoction-Mashed Pale Lager featuring Indiana-grown Haná Malt and Czech Saaz Hops. Our friend Caleb at Sugar Creek Malting single handedly brought this variety of barley to the United States and has spent years cultivating it.

Gluten-Free / 5.1% ABV Prairie Path Ale is a Belgian-style golden ale. Prairie Path Ale is a full flavored, slightly bitter, clean and refreshing ale. The Belgian malts along with the Saaz and Goldings hops give this beer great drinkability. Brewed specially to remove gluten.

Kölsch - 5% ABV - Il Fortunato Tangerine - As promised, we've brought back our tangerine Kolsch as a part of our Kolsch series. The tangerine Kolsch was the first variation we made of our original Il Fortunato back in January, this Kolsch style ale brewed with Italian soda and Limoncello in mind was conditioned with tangerine peels to give you a slightly sweet and easy drinking 5% beer.

Stout - Imperial / Double - 11% ABV Before we added more of the base to barrels for the second batch of the BA version, we made a little extra of our acclaimed concoction with Brandon on his recent visit to release it fresh as well. We kept all the adjuncts exactly the same for this beer. After the base was ready, we conditioned it on Brandon’s favorite coffee from home in Richmond, VA; @rostovscoffee Swiss Chocolate Almond roast along with Almonds and Marshmallow. The result is a beautifully decadent hot chocolate brownie stout laced with a rich nutty flavor from the almonds and a slightly sweet magical marshmallow finish with just enough coffee to cut through any sweetness. The short version - this beer drinks like a bowl of rocky road ice cream.

Stout - Imperial / Double / 12% ABV A few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league.
