Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Rye Stout with Black Ring Coffee • 13.5% ABV • For the seventh bottled batch of this Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Coffee Stout, we've partnered with our own Supervising Brewer, Bryan Barron, and his Long Beach-based coffee roasting company @black_ring_coffee! When Bryan isn't overseeing our brewing operations, he's perfecting the next batch of beans on the 14lb coffee roaster at the business he's owned since 2017. He and the Black Ring team are known for their small-batch roasts, award-winning cold brew, and house-made syrups -- and they've been keeping our Production Team caffeinated since Bryan joined our team this summer! We’re thrilled to showcase the washed El Salvador - Las Lomas coffee beans Bryan selected and roasted specifically for RedEye November (2024). This coffee brings decadent flavors of toasted marshmallows, walnuts, semi-sweet chocolate, and baking spices to Darkstar November's base notes of burnt sugar, spicy rye, and oak.

Teraphobia - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout collaboration with Voo Doo Brewing featuring Madagascar Vanilla and Brûléed Figs • 14.5% ABV • This Halloween, we’re summoning Teraphobia from its two-year slumber in Heaven Hill and Rye casks. Crafted in collaboration with Pennsylvania’s legendary Voo Doo Brewery, this Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout marks the third ‘fear’ in our collaborative series of monster stouts brewed for those daring enough to confront their darkest cravings. Teraphobia nods to the eerie allure of figs, cherished by both monsters and mortals in ancient mythologies, and a key flavor marker throughout Voo Doo's famed stouts. After twenty-five long months in barrels, this release was meticulously steeped on Madagascar vanilla beans and house-brûléed figs, layering bourbon and oak with flame-kissed fruit, rye spices, and dark caramel. Raspberry Danish-inspired Barleywine • 12.3% ABV • This beer debuted at Week of Logic 2024 as "Painted By A Madman." Føldånroll is a barleywine that’s as layered as your favorite Danish! Aged to perfection in bourbon barrels, this beer blends the best of both worlds: the warm, caramel notes of an English-style barleywine, the vibrant burst of raspberry, and the tart richness of cream cheese. It’s a playful twist on the classic fold-and-roll lamination technique, bringing bakery flavors to your glass with a stylized wink and a boozy 12.3% bite.

Bananas Foster-inspired Barleywine • 12.5% ABV • This beer debuted at Week of Logic 2024 under the alias “Warne Lawton Baker,” in celebration of the New Orleans-based trio of America’s first female detectives. Ignite your palate with the finished form of our Bananas Foster-inspired English-style Barleywine! Aged in a combination of bourbon and VSOP cognac casks and finished with rum-flambéed bananas, toasted walnuts, and a dash of cinnamon, this liquid take on the most famous dessert in New Orleans hits all the right notes.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee & Vanilla Barleywine • 12.4% ABV • This beer debuted at Week of Logic 2024 under the alias “Between Subtle Shading and the Absence of Light,” from the first deciphered section of James Sanborn’s “Kryptos” sculpture at the CIA Headquarters. With its mix of Morse code, ancient ciphers, and cryptographs, the final message of Sanborn’s sculpture remains elusive. Like the art piece, this liquid invites you to explore its depths like a multi-layered puzzle. We’ve aged this English-style Barleywine in a selection of Heaven Hill bourbon casks with a combination of vanilla beans from Vanuatu and Comoros, then finished it with Mostra Coffee’s famed ‘Philippines Heritage’ coffee beans for coffee-derived layers of vanilla, baking spice, roasted nuts, and caramel.

Tropical Imperial Stout aged for 17 months in Specialty Bourbon Barrels • 14% ABV • Post-barrel, this beer was pushed through hundreds of pounds of raw and toasted coconut for a buoyant viscosity and rich, silky roundness. Fresh pineapple pieces layer in a glimmer of tropical acidity, just enough to refresh the palate and bring the glowing rivulets of vibrant summer mango to life. Please allow this liquid to approach ambient temperature -- it will open up like a sunset.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Vietnamese Coffee-Inspired Imperial Stout • 11.5% ABV • We've studied the behavior of our favorite adjunct particles and are ready to unveil our Vietnamese coffee-inspired theory: an exclusive Mostra Coffee-roasted blend of Vietnam Lotus beans, chicory, and a thematically appropriate helping of lactose make for a statistically impressive liquid. Bold coffee aromas carry directly to the palate where they're balanced with chocolate malt tones and nutty, bitter chicory. Condensed Matter has a huge, glass-coasting body and rich sweetness from the combination of lactose and condensed milk, and drinks just like its Vietnamese coffee-inspiration.

Kettle-soured for a terrifying acidity, this sinister combination of our classic Berliner Weisse style and tart seasonal fruit makes for a scene-stealing explosion of flavor. This beer was brewed in imaginative collaboration with Keymaster Games and is the fourth of several Campy Creatures we're bringing to life in themed can releases!

Smoothie Style Berliner • 5.61% ABV • Dole Whip-inspired tiki berliner brewed with a TON (truly, 2,116lbs) of pineapple, then finished with marshmallows and Madagascar vanilla to perfectly capture the hallowed hue and famous flavor of Disneyland's most popular dessert. It's 50% pineapple, straight up, so be sure to give it a gentle shake to mix up all the fruit before opening!

Smoothie Style Sour • 7% ABV • Darkness descends upon our heroine as Deadmarch, empowered by your votes, tightens his hold. Fruited Hazy IPA • 7.1% ABV • Originally brewed as a feature beer for Smokejumpers Grill at Disney California Adventure, this beer captures California's juicy agricultural history. This Hazy IPA was built on a base of Pure Idaho, White Wheat, Dextra Pils, Unmalted Wheat, and Flaked Oat malts. It was hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops, and fermented with white and yellow peaches!

Tropical Hazy IPA • 6.4% ABV • When the mission went to hell, Eve didn't take chances... #SheShotFirst. This Hazy IPA is an evolution of one of our opening-day beers, brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops, and now finished with a clean shot of sweet pineapple and vibrant passionfruit.

Cold IPA • 7.1% ABV • In the shadow of the towering mountains, where the icy winds of the north carve their path through the rugged peaks, there lies a brew of legendary fortitude. Behold, the "Caradhras Pass" Cold IPA, a concoction crafted with the artistry of the dwarven smiths and the wisdom of the elves. This brew is a testament to the daring spirit of those who traverse the treacherous path, where Nectaron, Mosaic, Strata, and Citra hops intertwine like the ancient runes of old. As the first sip touches your lips, a burst of citrus and tropical fruit dances upon your palate, reminiscent of the lush gardens of Rivendell. Melon-driven aromatics that open the palate with notes of cantaloupe, guava, and mango and close with a moderate orange-pithy bitterness. Medium-bodied and mouthwatering!
