Inaugurated in April 2003 in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Boteco do Manolo carries the history in its name, Manuel Barcia Riveiro, a Spanish immigrant who arrived in Brazil in the 50s, is the inspiring character of this history. A cheerful and obstinate man, “Manolo” started his family's successful trajectory in the restaurant business, where he himself started out as a waiter. The world has turned and today this style of this character is stamped in our restaurants in the care in the kitchen and in our service.
