Do not order from here online the restaurant is permanently closed. I placed an online order oct 30 2023 for 60.00 only to arrive at the restaurant to a sign saying official notice restaurant permanently closed. I called the closest open store (Shaker location) for the manager to tell they get this phone call all the time and corporate never answers. He told me my money would be returned at the end of the night because the order was never fulfilled. Except it's been over a week and my money has still not been returned to my card.

Update 11/13/2023: This location is closed. Don't bother ordering there - the company as a whole has basically no support at this point. They've been slowly dying the past few months. Google them for the news - they have trouble doing basic things like paying their employees and ordering food. The food does taste good - my favorite is dark meat chicken with Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and their delicious cornbread. Covid has hit them pretty hard. They often run out of things (both sides and types of chicken) hours before closing. Despite ordering online ahead of time, my order has not been ready the past few times I've gone to pick it up - maybe they want to ensure it's hot, but I'd rather not have to wait 5 - 20 minutes for it. Uber eats, GrubHub, etc orders are always ready and waiting, but people who ordered on their own site seem to have to wait. People ordering at the restaurant seem to have priority over those who ordered ahead - what's the point of ordering ahead, then?

Great Food. Appreciate them staying open despite the struggles the chain is having.

Big disappointment. I ordered online and when I got there, it wasn’t ready even though my name is on the board, and nobody else was in there. Two of the four items I ordered were not available and since I already paid for it online, I had to substitute something less appealing. The place was empty at 4:20 in the afternoon and it didn’t even look like they had many assortment of sides or meats. Place was dirty, would not go back. Person who served me was on his cell phone the whole time.

They had no food on the line!! BBQ containers was open, preparing food with no gloves smh. Bad service

I will never go back there again. Unbelievable bad service

TL;DR: Terrible choice of place to eat out. Go to Marcs around the corner, they have better Chicken. When I went, they only had chicken and a few sides. No cornbread. The white meat of the chicken was dry and the sides (mashed potatoes with gravy and steamed broccoli) were flavorless. A small can of Pepsi was $2.49 and they put your meal into a Styrofoam tray. The service, price, and quality barley meets the standards for over priced fast-food. Go to McDonald's next door Before COVID, this place had good food, excellent service, and premium to-go containers. Now, I feel depressed that I even ate there. Now it seems they are operating on a skeleton crew, the store-side doesn't look presentableor welcoming, and the food is way overpriced for the garbage quality that is given.

THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! We ordered dinner there today for our anniversary and my husband went to go pick it up. When he went to go pick the food up they did not receive the order online. He showed the confirmation email and even showed that they charged the account but even with that they won’t give a refund. I can’t send a feedback online and I can’t get through to the store. The manager wanted him to wait 30 minutes for her to return to the store but it had already been 20 minutes since the time the site claimed the food would be ready. There is always an issue when we order from them. It’s ridiculous HOW ARE YOU STILL OPEN?

Placed an order for the store to be closed during what is supposed to be they're business hours and for the location to look completely vacant.
