Boss Burrito was established 2017 in Paducah, Kentucky by Jose Hernandez what started out as a food truck that he started with his daughter Laura Hernandez, has now grown into two different locations. Boss Burrito is known for the big burrito, but it doesn't stop there you can nachos, taco salad,tacos, burrito bowls and so much more! Everything from salsa, tamales and even our hard shell tacos are made in house!
