This place has become a PROBLEM for me- I’m completely addicted to their coffee and breakfast sandos. So good! Borealis has it all- incredible food, fast service, great coffee and a beautiful ambiance. Favorite place to have refreshments while catching up on work, meeting a friend or playing a game a chess. I’m so glad Borealis is in Bristol!

Excellent coffee and tea options; yummy treats; comfortable seating arrangement; nice staff too! There's a private meeting room that you can rent out as well. Oh, and they serve booze. Parking is not always ideal, but it could be worse.

The biscuit breakfast sandwich was amazing!
