Asked for less ice and the guy put a handful of ice in the smoothie, says that he can’t put less ice as the recipe says to put more. I get that smoothie with no /less ice all the time

The worst customer service ever! We kindly asked the employee to fix our order, it was literally just ice, no taste at all!! She was so rude and refused she said "That's how it comes". We could've just accepted it if at least she was nice and polite. No wonder the place was empty, they need to fix their attitude!
