January 21st, 2024 - 5:40 pm I went to grab carrot juice with my friend. We asked the the Indian guy working there if the store is open. He was the only one working in the store and confirmed that it’s open. When I asked for carrot juice, he mentioned it’s only available until 5:30 (which was shocking to me). However, I really requested him because we came from far away and we really needed that juice. He got convinced and served us with 2 carrot juice but the attitude of the person was very rude. We thanked him 3 times back to back but he didn’t utter a word and rolled eyes on us and walked back in the kitchen area. I even said goodnight to the guy when I was leaving but he clearly didn’t even look back. My question to the owner: What kind of customer service is this ? If a person really wants to appreciate your worker, he doesn’t have to be this rude in his behaviour. 2 glasses of juice is anyway adding some money to your account. Moreover, 20 minutes were still left before the store closes. So why can’t your worker serve a simple carrot juice ? Would really appreciate if you teach your workers for a better customer service if you really need good business in future.
