They make the juices with incorrect ingredient. Their Acai avalanche is red!!! Staff are rude and not helpful at all

I went to the Metrotown booster juice to collect my free birthday smoothie (I received an email telling me that I was eligible), but they refused to give me it because my app wouldn't load. I made a new account, but also wasn't permitted to use this because it hadn't been registered 7 days before. Why email me, just to not honor that email? Thanks for the stress on my birthday!

One of best experience in booster juice. One girl who wore black cap i think her name Aman who helped me a lot. All staff are so friendly. Must visit for your best drink.

This location is the worst Booster Juice. Seeing from previous reviews I myself experienced the same situation. Horrendous customer service at metrotown. Seems these employees have no training what so ever to speak to paying customers. When I asked for a manager they had no one on duty. When the drink I ordered was wrong the blame was put on me instead of finding a solution to better the situation. Which caused a back and forth argument. Which of course escalated the issue. Putting fuel to add more fire instead of making things better would make any customer beyond upset. The one brown lady threatened me because I refused to accept the drink I did not order and wouldnt leave! After 15 mins back and forth she did not offer the drink I originally wanted ( which I would of been happy to pay the difference for) i finally got my money back, because i know my rights! I did inform booster juice head office that this location is notorious for these types of circumstances. They were very accommodating and professional. they have the right to know this location is dragging the brand name "booster juice" in the mud with these type of employees. That is no way to treat paying people. Coming from a management point of view, Any work environment would dismiss her for insubordination if they were caught treating customers the way she does. Please be aware if you order from here. I've been in the customer service industry for 16 years. What I experienced was beyond shocking and appalling. I also buy from Jugo Juice and never experienced this kind of behavior from any of there employees or locations.

This booster juice is one of the most horrible franchise ever!! its not because of the product its the employee's that work have this attitude no hi or hello or even a hey for effort sake and on top of that they are argumentative they dont exchange their drinks even if they made a mistake no customer service what so ever to make you but what their selling. I usually dont believe google reviews but when i look at the previous reviews looks like is a re occurring problem of employees being rude to the customer. Cant believe they ask us to be respectful to workers but they cannot be respectful to customers. This brown lady working there swore at my wife because we wouldn't take no for an answer when wanting our money back for the wrong smoothie. She was beyond condescending. Her attitude in any working environment would be grounds for termination. That is how diguesting she made the circumstances of the situation. If you ever need to buy from this location avoid this person as she is rude, belligerent and not a good employee and her comprehension is so low having a conversation to get to solution is painfully unbearable. Hope i save the next person from God awful experience

I had bad customer service experience. They were talking to each other and were so slow in making drinks. Also the drink I ordered was mostly sugar water with a few tiny pieces of fruit
