The manager Marius his attitude towards customers is absolutely appaling, shouting at customers, making a point that his the manager & no1 is above him to complain too, like it or leave it, tbh get rid of him & ur all good the girls r fantastic, the food I love there buffalo bites & rustic chips haven't tried anything else so can't say. The buffalo bites are amazing
I recently visited the BOO branch in Birmingham and found the overall experience to be a mix of highs and lows. While the food offerings were tempting, including a diverse selection of burgers and sides like the Ziggy crinkle cut fries, my excitement waned when I tried the Balloomi burger. The halloumi in the burger was disappointingly hard, resembling more of a biscuit texture. However, I must commend the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Dan, who was attentive, polite, and made the dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the environment was impeccably clean, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the vanilla and strawberry milkshake, striking a perfect balance between sweetness and creaminess. Unfortunately, the churros were a letdown, lacking filling. Despite these shortcomings, the BOO branch in Birmingham has potential, but improvements in food quality are needed to match the stellar service and cleanliness. On a related note, I visited the Leicester branch earlier this month, and the food there was better, providing hope for consistency across locations. Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options Parking: There is a pay & display carpark across the road.
First time trying this place great staff and good quality food, unfortunately found a piece of plastic in the cheeseburger but the manager was really apologetic and gave us complimentary churros and a milkshake will definitely return.
Given one star and I wish I could rate lower. Ordered ONE burger and ONE portion of chips and it took almost 45 minutes to come out. When I got home and opened the box it was ridiculously small portions. For £16 you might as well go to the chippy down the road.
Amazing food, the OG is a classic and the chick a boo is unreal. Fantastic service from Gina as always
Very good beef. Me and cousin enjoy. I like sauce. Good service.
Big portions! A bit more expensive than usual take out food but absolutely worth it, really good food!
Visiting Birmingham and stopped off at our favourite Boo burger, food was spot on or even better than Leicester but the wait time was atrocious, we waited over half an hour, however Camilla came and apologised she gave extras as an apology aswell. Watching her keep the staff going and encouraging whilst thin on staff was good! Well done Camilla
Went there today to treat the kids food was great would go again
LOVED THE FOOD. Perfect, meaty, juicy
