It all started in 1984 when I stepped foot on this great part of the world, acclimated to the lifestyle overnight, understood what was here available, and saw the missing link: "Authentic Parisian style Bistro". The real definition of a Parisian Bistro is a casual place, unpretentious, with great food, casual service, affordable, patronized mostly by the locals, owned and run by a family, and where customers know the employees and vice versa. It has become for most patrons: a home away from home.
