Leaving a 1 star because your bouncer sucks. I was out with my cousins who had been drinking since 1:30pm, I met them at 4 and had a single beverage at your bar after the wild rover. I can say for a fact my cousin was 10X more drunk than I was but your bounser surpassed that and heard from someone I can garauntee did not know me and said I was swaying. If your bouncer is focused on someone that is minding their business and not being outrageous and causing problems and kicks people out for no valid reason, you lose money. I’ve had my fair share of being young dumb and drunk. But tonight I was trying to have a good time with my family for st. Patrick’s day was having a conversation with my cousin and your bouncer came out of nowhere and said I was cut off. If I was causing issues and being loud I would get it but I was standing having a conversation with my cousin and was told I couldn’t be served with no explanation after the fact.

I am not giving the restaurant any type of bad review I’m simply coming to the defense of someone. Writing poorly about somebody whether or not you agree with what they did or said is against everything customer service stands for even if the person seems to be overreacting or getting upset over nothing maybe something is going on in their life that has caused them to react in this manner. So Whoever wrote a bad review about said someone if you could delete that part of it, that would be great. There’s no reason to drag someone’s name through the mud. She most likely reacted the way she did because she was going through enough stuff at home or with her Family, you never know what someone’s going through you never know what someone’s feeling. So it’s not fair to judge someone based off one single interaction. In fact, I am her daughter, my mom has health issues hence why the immense amount of sugar in that specific one that was put in the drink was no good for her. Maybe the whole situation could’ve been handled differently by both parties. Regardless Nick thumbs or whatever your name is if you could, please delete or edit your post that would be great. I don’t appreciate what you said about my mom. If I could have an interaction with you in person, I would say the same thing to your face. I have no issues with the restaurant but also the restaurant owner you did not have to come at my mom like that either.
