Bonchon Midlothian

Food was great. The wings and strips were sauced well and had great flavor. Service was good. Dining room floor was sticky and needs to be mopped.

The wings and fried rice are so good!! The wings are always extra crunchy & their choice of sauces are good…the spicy is Extremelyyyy spicy, but we still order them! Tried the mango margarita while waiting for my pickup order & unfortunately they were out of a lot of things at the bar so instead had a peach margarita w/ tequila but it was soo good. The staff was very nice and made sure everything was comparable to the out of stock items.

Honestly, I've had better chicken from the freezer section at the grocery store. The "seasoned" fries are just drowned in cheap parmesan cheese. The fries were decent but still nothing special. It is extremely overpriced for what it is.

I came in as a dasher. Had to wait for 20 minutes, I had to fight to get the ladys attention to figure out how much longer I would be waiting, when she finally went back there and checked she came out and said it would be 5 minutes right after she said that the cook came out with the order.

Always good food and service.

Dear Customer, PLEASE visit this location and have your own experience! The food really is good. Dear Management, Just a few house keeping suggestions: Initial walk-in: 1. Appears to be UNDER staffed 2. There is a smell of uncleanliness 3. There was trash on the tables from previous customers OVERALL: My husband and I enjoyed the food and the GM was working his behind off. His level of customer service was top-tier and should be the model for future customer interactions. I hope to visit again and have the same experience.
