Opened in 2012 by the Oropeza brothers, BLP serves modern Bolivian food for the discerning NYC palate. It has been recognized for it's innovative take on Bolivian cuisine by the NY Times, Eater, Gothamist, CNN, TimeOut and MOST importantly by their dear pocket sized abuelita. The brothers share the dream to bring world-wide recognition to the rich culinary history of Bolivia through the fun and creative efforts of their craft.
