I'm honestly frustrated with this evening's situation. I placed an order through the DoorDash app, arrived at the location, but I don't understand how a fast-food restaurant can claim every customer will leave with a happy smile.
I placed my order for pickup instead of having a DoorDash driver collect it. At the location, friendly staff greeted me and said they only had a DoorDash order for Karen when I showed them my phone. Apparently, another driver picked up the order, but I am unclear why confirmation was lacking.
The manager looked at my face, appearing confused. She didn't know how to handle the situation, so she called another manager. The second manager refused to replace the order or take any action, saying she knew nothing about DoorDash.
In conclusion, it's unfortunate that your staff's inadequate training led to mistakenly giving my order to another customer, leaving me without dinner this evening.

My daughter had placed an order online at bojangles.com. I went to pick up the food and they told me they had no record of it. After showing receipts and proving an order had been placed; they still tried to tell me that there was no such order. Finally, after several minutes go by, the lady comes up to the front and says that they're going to remake my order which means that it was made to begin with. After waiting another 30 minutes for my food to be remade; I get told that I have to confirm the order through doordash before I can have it. Like I said, we ordered online. Not doordash. Another 10 minutes wasted STILL trying to get my order. All they had to do was fix the order and give me some respect and treat me as if I'm a valued customer. I got treated like I was a liar. Awful customer service.

Honestly, I love Bojangles’ food and I will continue to frequent the Bristol TN location. But the Kingsport TN is everything that is wrong with the fast food industry. Not once in 6 months since moving to Kingsport has my order been correct; maybe it’s mac and cheese instead of coleslaw or coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes - they have NEVER been able to get my orders right. Today, we tried again for our last time; the person taking the order at the drive thru was not listening; we gave our order 4 time and they couldn’t get it right - they tried to add drinks to the order; we didn’t order any drinks. We asked for a two piece meal and they tried to make it just sides with no chicken. Go to KFC 1 at least you’ll get what you ordered. Adios Bojangles of Kingsport!
I actually like this location better than the one on fort Henry dr because the food is fresher. I like to get a steak egg and cheese on a bunch add mayonnaise.

Was denied the ability to purchase food at this restaurant which is illegal. 1st amendment is still in this country.
Food and service is excellent, but couldn't enjoy my meal because an employee was on her speaker phone with the volume on blast. Then she proceeds to obnoxiously blow her nose while talking loud on her speakerphone in the dining room.
This place is horrible It needs to be shut down, their biscuit maker got arrested and the police said that she had body lice so bad they had to decontaminate their vehicles and area that she was in.
