Bojangles

12 pm on a Sunday the mac is cold when they gave it to me. The dirty rice had a wait of 15 mins. Chicken was burnt. It was a choice of mash potatoes and green beans. Lunch time just started. This is not my first rodeo at this place and it keeps getting worse.

I love Bojangles. When I loved out of the Bojangles area of states I always missed the food. My favorite chicken filet biscuits hands down all other competition does not hols a candle in my own opinion. But this Bojangles restaurant in general has given me the best Bojangles Cajun filet biscuit I have had from honestly and Bojangles I've been to in my life. Chicken was cooked just perfectly it's tender and fully cooked but not to the point of being dried out and it's still very juicy on the inside with the delicious Cajun spiced breading still having the right crunch. Thank you to the morning team at this specific Bojangles and keep up the delicious food

Basic Bojangles. Service was good. Food tasted great.

This place is trash its dirty the workers dont care and the food is burnt because they dont change their oil

Absolutely the worst location in North Carolina! Notorious for not having chicken or hot sauce. Always nasty attitude having, incompetent, and rude staff. If they make a mistake they will not refund you at all whatsoever. They make their own business hours close early on any given day week or weekend. Not prompt, moves with absolutely no urgency. I would never choose this location ever again. Managers (both of them) lack customers service skills and taking accountability. A brand new management team is needed . Preferably someone that can stay on top of inventory so items will remain in stock.

This Bojangles is way better than the one on Bessemer Ave. It was the customer service for me. The greeting was awesome from the speaker to the window!!!!

I ordered a three piece chicken strip dinner, and the dinner was okay. The chicken strips were a little hard. The biscuit and fries were good.

Food is ALWAYS burned or dry
