Bobacha Cafe Port Credit

I visited your store and had an accident where my drink spilled. When I asked for a refill, the response was dismissive. I understand accidents are my responsibility, but I was surprised by the lack of courtesy, especially considering the price of the drink (around 8 dollars). In Port Credit, it's common for stores to offer a refill in such situations. Many drink places in Port Credit will happily accommodate people who were in my situation. After my drink spilt, the manager had said along the lines of “It’s not my fault your drink spilt” ,“Ok and it was your fault.” Ive never experienced this disrespect as I’ve been going to this location for 4 years.

was in the area and craving for some milk tea. First time to try their milktea. Ordered their original milk tea. The taste doesn’t pass my tastebuds.. Tea taste like watered down.

Great boba. A bit pricy but tastes good. Customer service could use some work but the overall atmosphere was very millennial-esk.

Taro slush is heavenly - they had it 2 for 1 on uber eats for a while and its such a steal. I've never seen any food in the display cases when there although i've seen pictures online.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Bobacha in Port Credit. I mistakenly forgot to update the sugar level for one of my taro milk teas in an Uber Eats order. When I called, the staff not only remade the drink promptly but also surprised me with a free one, along with a heartfelt note. Their exceptional service and generosity truly made my day, and I’m grateful for the unexpected holiday joy they brought. Kudos to the fantastic team at Bobacha! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I HAVE ASCENDED, THIS BUUBLE TEA IS A MUST HAVE. IT HAS MADE MY DAY BETTER EVERY TIME.

The smothi is full of artificial flavors and colors. It has no fruits as written in the restaurant. Lots of ice for a smothi that made me sick. I don’t recommend.
