Boba Guys

Ordered the Horchata bobba..terrible. I'd love to know whats he benefit to tip before hand when in the end your drink sucks. Worst Horchata boba I've ever had. Zero customer service. Ordered through a tablet and very limited options.

Consistently the best boba drinks. I've tried a handful of flavors and am so happy each time. The black sugar hojicha is my new favorite!

Ordered a matcha milk tea and it tasted terrible. Mixed it really well and every other sip was either too sweet or just bad, meaning the boba was over sweetened. Hardly tasted the matcha. Inside was dirty too, trash everywhere on the ground, trash bins full and hidden away under the counter. Employees never greeted customers and were busy yapping in the back. Management needs to step in keep the place clean and train their employees correctly how to make drinks and interact with customers. Probably the worst boba guys I've been to and they're usually pretty decent.

Disgusting, usually love the place, but the employees keep getting my order wrong, the past 4 times I’ve been, I have been given almond jelly instead of aloe, and I am severely lactose intolerant. This is awful service and I wish they would check the receipts twice. 1/10 will probably not visit again
