Boardwalk Fries & Burgers

Great burgers and awesome fries.

My experience was horrible. I wanted to get some Boardwalk fries and asked for bay aioli. At first, the person at the counter didn’t understand so I reiterated to her I wanted a medium fry. Once I waited for my food, they gave my order to someone else. The customer opened it up, then they realized they had the wrong order. The employee then decides to give me the order that was already opened by another customer. Crazy! No apologies. Then, makes my order again and adds aioli on the top. I’ve never had that. I wanted it on the side. Still no apology. Then, they finally gave my food again and still no apology. I go here every now and then. However, the employees normally do things correctly. Idk what happened today. However, I’ve been in the field of customer service way too long to be treated with no respect.

This location never disappoints me. The staff is polite and the food is on point every time!

The customer service great, the food is excellently large, filling and good. The atmosphere is very nice.

Ordered our burgers and fries for lunch. Everything was very good!
