Bluestone Kitchen + Bar is founded on the mission of providing our guests with premium hospitality in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Established in the Winter of 2022, our American-Style restaurant is owned and operated by three Hudson Valley locals: Vincent Petrella, Andrew McArtin, and William Perry. Our combined industry experience has equipped us to offer our community consistent satisfaction, upheld by an expectation of integrity, connection, and quality. We welcome you as our guests for lunch, dinner, dessert, and a drink. We offer a full bar program including non-alcoholic cocktails, and a diverse, inclusive food menu with ample gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
