BLUEBiRD & CO. is a casual restaurant created by the Mezze Hospitality Group featuring items like braised chickpeas and Hudson Valley Steelhead Trout - those have been staples on our menu since day one and highlight our focus on dishes that feel simultaneously new and familiar. We embrace cooking with seasonal ingredients. The OKIE BURGER, which we debuted during the pandemic, has found a home as part of the BLUEBiRD experience.
