Blue Tavern

Blue Tavern is a cafe/bar&grill/music venue in Midtown within easy walking distance from Frenchtown, Levy and Lafayette Park neighborhoods, three blocks from Lake Ella. Serving beer, wine, coffee, tea, and sodas – plus food from light snacks to dinner fare. A perfect spot to enjoy conversation, reading, art, without TV or canned music. Live music events are scheduled most nights. Our menu includes New Orleans style red beans & rice with andouille sausage, vegan soup, gumbo, and grilled sandwiches all at very affordable prices.
