Chef finished this one off with a drizzly dunk in a maple-bourbon glaze made with straight bourbon whiskey. It’s a hearty breakfast in a bite!

A Blue Star classic! Our signature brioche shell is filled with thick vanilla custard, and then torch-fired by hand to create that crisp, smoky candy shell. A pipette filled with Cointreau takes this treat to a new level! The orange liqueur is intended to be squeezed into the custard, or dripped on each bite to add a sweet citrus spike.

We’re poppin’ bottles! Donut style! This festive favorite starts with our fluffy vegan vanilla cake donut, which gets a luxurious bubbly bath of prosecco soak. Chef created a glaze made with more prosecco, peach butter, and candied orange sprinkles to capture the perfect bellini to the very last bite!

This is Our traditional buttermilk cake donut that has a rich and fluffy cake interior with a crisp lightly fried exterior. It is then glazed with Our "OG" or orxata glaze that you can also find on our brioche donut.

Originally a seasonal flavor, this beauty nearly brought the house down when we tried to take it away! Our buttermilk old-fashioned cake donut is infused with rich French dark chocolate, and then kissed with a lightly sweet Smith Teamaker Bergamot tea glaze.

This is the same traditional buttermilk cake donut that is glazed with a tart and sweet lemon glaze that is made using real lemon juice and lemon zest. It is lightly sprinkled with poppy seeds.
