Our flagship loaf. A combination of three stone-milled, Illinois-grown flours: Hard Red Spring Wheat, Dark Rye, and Warthog Winter Wheat. All ingredients in this loaf are 100% organic and naturally leavened by Martha, our starter. For Wednesday Dunn Brothers Pick-Up, orders must be placed by Sunday night.

A combination of stone-milled, Illinois-grown Hard Red Spring Wheat, Hard Winter Wheat and Malted Barley Flour.

Using stone-milled, unbleached flour means our white bread isn't all that white. Regardless, this loaf is soft, airy, and perfect for sandwiches.

Our flagship country Brown loaf, rolled in a generous amount of sesame seeds and poppyseeds before baking.

A sandwich loaf made with organic Heritage Red Fife wheat flour, organic Rye, and organic all purpose flour. Mixed in into the loaf is: Golden flaxseed, red quinoa, rolled oats, and sunflower seeds.

A traditional rye bread with caraway seeds and a corn meal crust. Made with stone-milled, Illinois-grown rye flour.

Organic dried cherries, cinnamon, and brown sugar come together to make the perfect breakfast toast, among other things.

Parmesan cheese and fresh, coarse ground peppercorn added to a combination of stone-milled, Illinois-grown Hard Red Spring Wheat, Hard Winter Wheat and Malted Barley Flour.
