This coffee starts its story on the volcanic mountain slopes near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. The volcanic soil, coupled with the constant irrigation coming from the lake breezes, provide perfect coffee-growing conditions. The coffee cherries are hand-picked, depulped, naturally fermented, and then sun dried. We carefully roast this coffee to bring out its natural sweetness.
