Also contains: psyllium, xanthan gum, flax, potato starch, tapioca starch, salt, water and olive oil. Crispy crust, light and chewy crumb and incredible mild sourdough flavor. Excellent fresh. Best toasted beyond day 2. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice, wrap tightly and refrigerate or freeze. Thaw frozen slices wrapped and toast for best texture.
