BLDG blends architecture, cuisine, and cocktails together in perfect balance. Located within Hotel Marcel, BLDG is New Haven's newest restaurant and bar. Sustainability is at our core. Our menu combines locally sourced ingredients with sustainably sourced meats and poultry, creating artfully composed dishes. The beverage program includes a collection from regional distilleries and breweries, as well as a selection of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines.
