A BIALY is a roll topped with onions, breadcrumbs, and poppyseeds. Eat it plain, or slice it and add cream cheese just like a bagel. We recommend trying it with scallion cream cheese or whitefish salad.

Classic smoked Whitefish Salad from Acme. Add the works-- tomato, capers, lettuce and pickled onions, in whatever combo you like.

We renamed it! It's now SPROUTSTANDING! Hummus, Cucumber, Tomato, Arugula, & Sprouts on your choice of bagel. The OG version comes with the Preserved Lemon & Calabrian Chili Cream Cheese, it's the flavor bomb, but not too spicy! (Or sub any cream cheese from our list.)

Almost the classic! Turkey Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, & Mayo on bagel of your choice.

Our extra special tuna salad on a bagel. Try it on the rosemary salt bagel! Add a tomato if you like, and it comes with melted pepperjack or choose another cheese.

A large slice (or muffin!) of Babka, a braided, glazed not-too-sweet cake. Served warm with a side of butter, jam, or cream cheese. Comes in Chocolate or Cinnamon-Almond.

Our caffeinated French Press is a Dark Roast; the decaf is Risaraldo Oscura. French Press coffee is made to order and will take about 4 minutes to brew. One pot is two servings; half of a pot is one serving.

Springbok Coffee, iced. Customize with your choice of milk-- we have 1/2 & 1/2, whole milk, oat/ or almond, depending upon availability. Add vanilla, caramel, lavender, cinnamon, or sugar-free caramel or sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon.

House-made chai (tea) made with Assam tea, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and fresh ginger. Served with your choice of milk and flavored syrup. Vanilla goes well with chai.
