We make our own pastas with local organically grown grains. Carrot casarecce is a short pasta with a slight loose twist. This shape is perfect for holding sauces. The sauce is in this pasta dish is tomato with vodka sauce in cut shrimp pieces. This has a slight spicy kick and sprinkled with parsley.
