BJ's Wholesale Club

The new gas station at the Tom's River BJs is without a doubt the most poorly designed facility of its type that I have ever seen. There is no traffic control, line cutting from the opposite direction is common. Tanker trucks have difficulty getting in and out. The pumps work on one speed only....trickle. The poor overworked attendents have to deal with chaos every day. Yes the price of gas is cheaper than elsewhere but is it worth it for the time it takes to get thru this ridiculous setup? BJs mgt. needs to get a grip on things here asap. Hire more people to run the pumps. Set up a designated traffic flow. Put long hoses on the pumps like Costco does to feed either side of the vehicles. Not rocket science.....

I need a refund, the deli meat is horrible!

The store is fine. The new gas station is terrible. Ultra slow pumps and too few employees. If there are two cars in front of you expect to wait 30 minutes. Not worth the discount.

Gas station is a mess no organization. And only one worker.

Wow! You just lost a long time customer! Love that I got kicked out of the 20 items line for 23 three items. First it's self checkout so I am doing the work you should be paying someone else to do. Second the floor supervisor with her over inflated sense of power really called people behind me in line to ring them up. That's wonderful I literally had more stuff wanted to spend more money but I am treated like a pariah for trying to give you my money faster. Thanks!

Always a good selection of items and deli is extremely fair priced. Let's not forget the 3# roaster for only 4.99. Delicious!
