Good solid BJ’s place 👍👌

Big and clean. My weekly food store beside Walmart and Publix. Bjs gas is a little cheaper than most gas stations, but when there's a line on the pumps, it is not worth it. Bjs is usually compared to Costco and Sam club and they all have their good stuff.

Overall convenient, good selections. However we had to use Self-checkout yesterday and I looked for my $7.99 double tubs of cream cheese today. Missing. We will try Bjs in West Boca, they are bigger with cashiers.

So today is probably my last day shopping at this store and possibly BJ's all together. I went ro purchase a TV and of course there's never a store employee to be found and so I do my best to match numbers and make sure I got the right TV, and sure enough I didn't, but here's my issue, once it is brought to their attention everyone who probably should have attempted to at least pretend to care even a little didn't so much as ask a damn question. The customer service at this location is the worst, and honestly if that's how management at this location is running the show then they can keep that shi☆. One thing forsure never going back to this store again for nothing.

Excelent costumer service and all employees very helpful I change mi currently store in comercial and Powerline for this store in Coral Springs 100 % recommended and what can i say for MONA in the deli very nice person nice actitud y very Cain 👏👏👏👏

By far the worst stocked store. Today I went for five basic items and not one was in stock. The last three times I wanted dark roast coffee there was none to be had at this location. Bjs keeps sending me coupons but the items are never available. I am not going back here. Shopping at this BJs is a waste of a trip

During my interaction with Simona, I encountered a situation where I needed assistance and had been placed on hold by a prior coworker. However, simona went above and beyond by stepping in to help me, despite not being officially on duty at the time. Her willingness to assist me, even outside of her scheduled hours, truly exemplifies her dedication to customer satisfaction. What stood out most during our interaction was her unwavering professionalism and patience. Unlike my previous experience with her coworker, she did not get flustered or sound annoyed. Instead, she remained calm, attentive, and focused on addressing my concerns promptly and effectively. It is employees like her who truly make a difference in the overall customer experience. Her exceptional service reflects positively on your organization and undoubtedly contributes to its success. I believe that with dedicated individuals like her, your establishment will continue to thrive and exceed customer expectations.
