Went to this location to get a pallet of water which I had previously done before spoke to the manager and he told me that they could not bring the pallet to the front of the store so I could load it up myself if you are a contractor trying to get water for your employees take your business some where else

Worse management they are rude and unprofessional I’m just talking about truck delivery.They supposed to give duck door 1-2 but knowingly they give you 3-4 but they don’t have enough space door 3-4 .Bad attitude .
I was blessed to find the most incredible help at the BJs tire center in Duke Street. Harry went above and beyond making sure I was safe and felt heard. I HIGHLY recommend this team!!
0 customer service I think her name is akü or whatever ♀️ when I get in the store I was in the phone and I forgot to grab the cart , there is a few cart behind her when I asked her to grab the cart the way she talking to me in unprofessional way rude and screaming I don’t know how she was dealing with the other customer , I don’t wanna come back this store disgusting and unprofessional customer service honestly I don’t want come back this BJ’s ever , even Costco has an amazing customer service
Have always had good luck at this BJ’s. This month the meat/deli dept was especially helpful with a special order. Meat Manager Alex was terrific with getting the order set up and seeing things though, and 2 staffers at the deli counter were so helpful and great to talk with. Had a great experience, terrific rotisserie chickens (like 20!) and especially enjoyed the people.
I will never shop at this location again! Van Dorn, this means you! We had a really bad experience with an online order last month that wasted 4 hours. Customer Service is non existent and they make up their own rules despite what the website states. No price adjustments, online coupons don’t calculate even when you add them to the app. Arbitrary limits on gift cards. The CS Manager lied, when I requested they pull my purchase history and said a they upgrade thei system and all my 2023 purchase history was lost. Also lied and said the 1 gift card limit per day was in effect over a year. I buy gift cards every month at this location and this is the first I heard today. I go to Falls Church and no problems retrieving my purchase history and no problem with the gift cards either. Very poor Service on Van Dorn to lie to customers to get out of helping them. When your store sales suffer, please understand it is due to poor, dishonest Management.
