Bitter Monk is an intimate cocktail bar specializing in cocktails made primarily from our own house-made Amari, herbal liqueurs and bitters while further exploring our signature style of cocktails that utilizes herbs, spices, wild plants, roots, fruits and flowers, many of which are foraged for us by Tama Matsuoka Wong. In addition to our own products, Bitter Monk uses New York State brands exclusively.
