Our Cortado is made with our signature Monkey Bite Espresso and Organic Whole Milk from Strauss Family Creamery's barista series. This delicious treat is served in a 4oz. volume.

An Intense black coffee made with our proprietary blend of coffees we call Monkey Bite Espresso. We grind it fine, force our customized water heated to 200 degrees through the ground coffee under about 8 bars of pressure for approximately 30 seconds. Achieving a flavor that is sweet with hints of citrus and a full, layered chocolate body. Under the Covid-19 guidelines we will use a paper cup for service.
