BIGGBY COFFEE

$3.60 for a black hot coffee at this establishment. They also can’t tell you the price until you pull up to the drive thru window. Gee I wonder why? To guilt trip you into buying it, I should have drove off. Why are your prices almost a dollar more then other Biggby’s for black coffee?

The service is the #1 reason to visit. The manager Shannon is remarkable. By my 3rd visit she knew not only my order but my name, by voice when I pulled in the drive thru! Funny and festive just like my Java!

Seemed like only 1 person working, but there were 2... very slow.

I was a little put off when the girl at the register asked if I wanted to put a tip on my card. I ALWAYS tip but I felt like I was put on the spot.

Our drive thru experience was top notch. No wait in line and our drinks were amazing!!! Thank you to everyone who took their time to make our order look better than the pictures 😀

We got some cream frozen mango thingama do hicker. Overall it was pretty delicious, really popped some zip into my step. The wifey ended up getting some caramel coffee iced milk oat milk for the hint of caramel on the side of the oat milk. The service was very nice, three wonderful young ladies working, and the AC here was very very delicious. Overall the surface is great! Everyone here deserves a raise.

I frequent this location often as it is on the way to my business. And I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to pull out of the drive thru! This is the absolute longest wait time ever at any BIGGBY I’ve ever been to.

Staff is AMAZING! There are all very nice and helpful. I always get the teddy bear and the ladies there recommended a new drink and I love it! Everything is always good and service is even better!

Other than it's convenient location I tend to avoid this Biggby and would rather go to 15& Schoenherr or 9&Van Dyke because it's so freaking sloooowwwwww. There's absolutely no sense of urgency. I have been here on off times and during Peak times. I have even gone with only one vehicle in front of me instead of 15 vehicles in front of me. It doesn't seem to matter and minimum wait time seems to be 20 minutes if not more. If I have time to kill then yes occasionally I dropped by because of its convenient location near the highway but seriously I avoid it because even if you have a half hour to get coffee you still might not end up getting coffee because you're out of time. It doesn't help the staff isn't the friendliest
